CLEANING SERVICE AGREEMENT

Please read these terms of use carefully.  By accessing our site or using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms.  The following is our standard Terms of Service and is a legal contract between our clients and Hinson Home Cleaning regarding the use of our services and website.
BONDED AND INSURED
Hinson Home Cleaning, (hereafter known as HHC or "we") is a professional cleaning service that is insured and bonded (copies available upon request).

TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT
There is no term to this agreement.  Client(s) may cancel at any time for any reason.  We require a minimum of 48 hours notice.  HHC may also cancel at any time for any reason.

TERMS OF SERVICE
Below are our basic terms of service, All services provided are under our basic terms of service. We reserve the right to alter or modify these terms at any time in which you will be given the revised agreement and your continued use of our service implies agreement with these terms.  

HHC agrees to provide cleaning services to you as per your request.  
The charges for our service is for the agreed upon hourly rate  and charged for each employee(s) (hereafter known as cleaning team members) required to complete the service.  
The charge is for the amount of work hours reserved for your service and not for any specific outcome. In the event that our cleaning team members complete the job in less time that he maximum reserved, which may sometimes be possible, the charge will remain the same and will not be adjusted (since this time block has been reserved for your job). 
Please note that an average size full service home cleaning may take in excess of 10 to 20 work hours and may vary further depending on tasks required and starting condition of the project. 
A standard weekly or every other week cleaning in a typical home may take up to or in excess of 3 work hours. 
Our team member will do the best possible job they can in the time they have available. Since the condition of each home will vary, it is possible that we may not be able to complete all tasks in the time available.  In such a case we will prioritize the tasks the client(s) deems top priority. 
If additional time is required our team will check with management to ensure additional time is available. If additional time is available it will be at an additional charge.  
There are no refunds.  By using our service you agree to the terms of this agreement and agree to pay the total due to us.  All agreements are contingent upon weather, accidents, unforeseen delays or circumstances beyond our control. 
Any changes to rate and/or time, be it verbal or in writing will not affect the substance of this agreement and all the terms herein will still apply with the new rate/time.
